Stress, trauma, modern life, and the things we’re taught to think about food can have such a damaging effect on our ability to connect with our body – we live in our minds and don’t fully inhabit our physical selves.
Body Free was designed to help reconnect conscious awareness to the body, to release negative thoughts about the body, and to build a sense of self-acceptance that can develop into self-love.
By creating a healthy body mindset, it becomes much easier to enjoy our physical body.
There are five themes, each of which is explained along with the accompanying lists of blocks:
