This month’s affirmation is:
I am encouraged. I am encouraging. I am encouragement.

1. Other peoples' expectations
When you think about other peoples' expectations what thoughts are triggered for you?
How do peoples' expectations affect you?
This can be a pretty big one for most of us, so I recommend scribbling a list and seeing what comes up!
Use the Limiting Belief Release: I must respond to people’s expectations / I am affected by other people’s opinions
If you’ve got the Energy Editing Online Course, smash these blocks:
Fears: Fear of (not) meeting expectations / Fear of (not) pleasing everyone / Fear of (not) conforming
Emotion: Pleasing
Thoughts: Same as the beliefs above!
2. Why don’t I feel worthy of encouragement?
You're worthy of encouragement, even if you feel like a fraud for receiving it.
Or, if you feel like you should be able to handle everything without it.
You’re 100% entitled to your dose of encouragement.
But if you don’t feel good enough for even just a smidgen of encouragement, why not?
Dive in, give it some thought, journal about it.
Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I’m not worthy of encouragement / I am a fraud / I don’t need encouragement

Fears: Fear of (not) being worthy of encouragement / Fear of (not) handling things alone
Emotion: Alone
Thoughts: Do the beliefs above as Thoughts too!
