Hello there!


This is Money Mail 27 and we’re working on the new theme of Self-Punishment! 


This month’s affirmation is:

I am wise.  I am intuitive.  I am magic.

The affirmation works best if you repeat it three times, three times a day, out loud and confidently, for the month we’re working on Self-Punishment.

1. Moving forward, forgiven

Forgiveness can be hard, but forgiving yourself can be harder.

What have you not forgiven yourself for yet?

The chances are, it’s holding you back.

Self-punishment can show up in lots of different ways, and anything you haven't forgiven yourself for is likely to be a stick you're beating yourself with.

So, answer this:

What do I need to forgive myself for in order to move forward?

Take a moment to journal it out.

Use the Limiting Belief Release: I can’t forgive myself / I can’t move forward / I will always feel guilty

Emotion: Forgiveness

Thoughts:  Same as the beliefs above!
 

2. Forcing my way forward

We are fascinating creatures, even when things feel bad, we continue to do them, usually in the hope or belief that it’s moving us forward in some way.

But why do we do it?

Often because the monkey mind tells us it’s okay to ignore our intuition, and that feeling bad will ultimately make us feel better, more deserving.

What are you continuing to do that makes you feel bad? Why are you doing it?

Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I must force my way forward /  Moving forward always feels hard

Emotion: Hiding
